We've been waiting with the eager anticipation of a child at an ice-cream stand for the images from Jo & Ryan's Sopley Mill wedding, last August, and they're so spectacular that they deserve a blog of their own.
Jo is a designer, so we knew we were part of something special with this one, but it also came with the pressure of fulfilling what she had only previously seen in her imagination. Jo had designed her own floral stationery, so we were relieved that we nailed a match:
Jo's first insight into her flowers was her bridal bouquet. This was a fairly challenging bouquet delivery, as the lovely house they stayed in was in the New Forest with pedestrian only access from the end we arrived at: a 200m walk with a heavy crate of flowers was preferable to a 6 mile round trip to the other entrance!

Just look at the detailing on her sensational dress and embroidered veil:
Beautiful Sopley Mill, near Ringwood in Hampshire hosted the day, starting with an outdoor ceremony under an arch of delicate florals. We used a different technique for this one, to create an airy full flower effect that looked completely dreamy - a summer rainbow.
Another highlight was the family heirloom bright yellow beach buggy: we decorated it with a flowery meadow and it created a wonderful photo opportunity:
A big shout out to the groom, Ryan, too, who checked in on us whilst we were creating the installations: he was so kind and knew exactly what was supposed to be happening.. a credit to all grooms everywhere!
Such a joy to be a part of, and the photographs paint a thousand words.
